Mission and Purpose of Learning Foreign Language Center
Learning Foreign Languages Center is an intended for-profit organization whose goal is to provide immigrants in the Vineland Community access to information, education, counseling and resources to become self-dependent and self-development. Learning Foreign Languages Center will empower adult students to ensure success and pride in order to reach a level of self-sufficiency and autonomy. Foreign Language Center is a welcoming institution for refugees who come to America and reside in Vineland.
English as a Second Language (ESL) classes help students who speak a language other than English to improve their English skills. ESL classes can be offered by hundreds of educational institutions in the United States, and can include courses for international students, university-bound students, and others.
This is a course for students whose native language is other than English. It is designed to ear train participants to American intonation and pronunciation. There is additional attention to analysis of pronunciation of language related to academic disciplines and vocational areas.
I plan to add a CNA course (Nursing Assistant) and a citizenship course for refugees.
My ESL program started last year. It was registered as a nonprofit under my current EIN number for Radio Fransik. I pay the lease month-to-month without any assistance and resources from the local and state financial grants. As demand has increased and I have several students on the waiting list, I have been obliged to change the title nonprofit to for-profit to better meet the needs of my students.
